National Contest Theme
The SkillsUSA competition theme for the 2021-22 school year is: SkillsUSA: United as One
The topic to be addressed by contestants in the 2022 SkillsUSA Chapter Display, Prepared Speech and Promotional Bulletin Board competitions is our theme, “SkillsUSA: United as One.”

District Commercial Baking San Angelo 2022
* Due to oven space and time constraints: For Commercial baking the sugar cookies will be substituted with Pate a Choux. For Culinary, entree #1 is dropped and we will prepare the salad of choice and Entree #2. Also butane burners won’t be needed at Odessa College. We could also make a disclaimer that some pantry items may be unavailable due to supply shortages. Be prepared to adjust your recipes as needed.
