SkillsUSA Texas Personal Liability and Medical Release
The SkillsUSA Texas Personal Liability and Medical Release document should be downloaded and sent home with each student for each conference. It should be reviewed with their parent or guardian, signed, and returned to the advisor. The advisor will then complete the information online and indicate this form has been reviewed and signed by checking the box at the bottom of each student’s online registration.
District Contest General Information
Voting Delegates: At District Contest and State Conference, delegates vote for officers and any proposed amendments. Advisors choose which students should serve as delegates. Delegates Per Chapter:
- one delegate for the Texas chapter
- one delegate for each group of 10 members
- one delegate for major fraction of 10 members (more than 5)
- i.e. 16 members = 3 voting delegates; 15 members = 2 voting delegates.
